Now you're getting it. It's all about what we special (rich powerful insiders) want. Screw the laws and the constitution. If we don't like it we ignore it or write new laws to satisfy our desires. I believe WAMU goes the way GM did- judge rules in contradiction to the law, but, low and behold, the appeals court miraculously upholds and the Supremes? To busy unilaterally amending our constitution to actually review a legitimate case. Sooooooooo, too bad, sooooo sad for you! YOU LOSE!
