I hate to admit it but I agree. On Feb.2nd we were told that the Cali acquisition will close within 45 - 60 days. This weekend will be day 60 and nothing is happening. I will not sell all my shares but I agree it may be time to cut my 10 mil shares down to a smaller percentage that is fitting for a pink sheet stock (since uplisting does not appear to be happening either). I don't understand the harm of better communications with the stockholders--I can see why you can't comment on specific issues that may be of a sensitive nature, but updates on the progress of uplisting would certainly do no harm to the company. Hopefully MBB will realize that the patience of many of the longs here is starting to wear thin.
