l finally connected with Rodger Coleman and not a happy camper, meaning me !!!!! Told me the results of that "shareholder meeting last week and the only thing that stands out is.......500to 1 reverse split !!!!!!!That will happen once the TA is onboard.

Other items were approval of new directors, a new CPA, and a new transfer agent. Had a poor connection and after the RS comment really did care too much on the other details. Although financials will be coming out in April. BTW, the above is what I understand from the conversation.....take it for what it's worth and act accordingly.
