It is very clear that something is brewing here behind the scenes. Southern Modular is leasing Modtech's building to possibly figure out the market and to expand....now it is up to us to dig and find out what those plans are! A major question here is if Southern Modular is interested in acquiring this shell or if they already have.
Also, according to filings, Modtech had around $40 million in assets and only $34 million in debt. That means the company is cash flow positive. Another reason why COMMONS WILL REMAIN INTACT
If Southern Modular wants to go public.. what better way to do it with someone elses shell if all conditions are met!
Time to figure out Southern Modulars plans.
