DBSD went for $1.48 billion to Dish. Tstr has the same spectrum (other 20 mhz of S-band), plus a sat in space, a spare sat ready to be sent into space if needed, the 1.4 spectrum, and the genus phone developed. So Tstr should sell for more than DBSD. Debt is around $1.5 billion, give or take. Look at how much ICOG went up after the sale of DBSD.
