seeclear... i just talked to chuck myself and i tried that number but it was the WRONG number... if anybody wants to call chuck cibulka it's (1)877-903-2767 highlights of the conversation were:
1. jim is cleaning up the books and taking all appropriate measures to become fully reporting
2.the company IT guy is setting up a twitter account and a facebook page but i really dont expect to see them online until the reverse merger has taken place because as i said before in my opinion there will be a name change...besides they already have a twitter account under us farms inc. http://twitter.com/#!/USFarmsInc so why would they be setting up another one? hmmmm us green energy inc. (USGE)
3.yes they will be doing a press release very soon
4. i told chuck what i believed to be happening here that us farms will soon be a holding company housing at least USGE in addition to the aloe vera part of the company as per my research with the Monogram Energy (MGRN) LOI to acquire USGE http://mwne.ws/eibhJv and although he couldnt comment... i could tell that he knew i was right!
all in all we talked for 15 minutes or so... he is a really personable fellow and i strongly suggest anyone with questions to give him a call
