FYI, $NEOP is only down b/c people were expecting neo3-09 results any day now (i was expecting 2nd half of april) .. they announced that it will be in May.

Pykett as new CEO = great news! He is a established biotech leader thats why after the announcement PPS went from 4.14ish to 4.40ish in AH/PM
