I'm afraid that the VIVI filings have always been pretty negative. In the long run, companies have to generate real revenues by providing real products or real services to pay real bills, and VIVI has not done that ever. There's always the chance that some of the charter revenues if they actually do exist will show up in the filing, but I'm not holding my breath. I do expect the MMs to keep the price up near 20 cents for some unknown reason no matter what kind of bad news.
Viva's behavior lately:
15 Nov 2004, a burst of 144 filings, 3.7 million share planned sales by insiders.
7 Dec 2004, the price spikes temporarily to a new 52-week high of 76 cents for short time.
20 Mar 2005, another burst of 144 filings, this time 9.9 million share planned sales by insiders.
21 Mar thru 12 Apr, Bob puts out 8 glowing PRs in a row, but somehow misses 10K filing.
The insiders get their shares for free. Assuming they got about 20 cents a share on the average last time, they can make the same amount this time around with a share price of only 8 cents.
