tommyo: In a country where NeoMedia's patents aren't protected, sure. But, as soon as they try to market it in a country where NeoMedia's patents are protected, IMO, nothing to worry about.

We still await the "final" outcome of the Virgin case. That then should put your fears to rest, IMO.
