Focus, how is it you know about Perkins. Very intrigued, but would like to get some validation. Didn't find any filings in a quick search. These guys are legit and peeks my interest above what I already have.

So is there some validation of their stake. You seem to pretty tightly wire in or did I miss something in my search.
