CELM, at least you can say you have done nothing wrong because it's unreal what these companies do to their shareholders. According to their PR today they knew about this for some time at least some days or a week but still announced an earnings date for today and of course people bought in after that confirmation. Same with UTA. It's just bad luck nothing one can day against it in this case.
