suspect an attempted *mini* run was .. er .. *abandoned*

which of course suits me just fine .. i have zero desire to
see exph's stock illegally manipulated *again* .. and as i
pm'd to certain folks .. it would take nerves of steel because
as you well know veno for the past 18 to 20 months *i* and
other EXPH longs have been *very* squeaky with both the sec and finra

imo you and i aren't the only ones *observing* :)

what i found incredibly *relevant* from yesterday's tape
was just what a bind MM NITE finds themselves in
remember in 2010 .. the PRIMARY MM *alternated*
between NITE and ETMM with *ETMM* nipping the lead
from NITE in the last month of 2010 with a difference
of just under 100M shares .. hmmmm

and then MM ETMM's *disappearance* on RT L2 for *most* of the
last month .. hmmmm

it's *clear* that EXPH shares are *tucked away tightly*
remember that it took two EXPH longs <who collectively bought
22M shares yesterday via their etrade accts> to call etrade's
desk and *promise* that a lack of a *fill* of their bids would
result in even more *squeaks* .. it's why NITE had to raise
their ask after BLOCKING on the ask for the better part of an hour

what is now interesting is that there are others besides those
with Etrade on the bid .. who aren't being a shown .. as i've
explained previously .. on the OTC .. MMs' *can show* what they
want or *nothing* which is why 20 of us don't *hesitate* to
make the calls or file complaints .. a few more are going off
due to yesterday's *BS* .. albeit SOS on EXPH

i look forward to mgmt's transparency on their time frame and
imo based on over 18+ months manipulation that transparency
will result in exph's first ever *content* driven run

what i've asked mgmt for is consistent updates .. let's see what
comes to pass
