Great post, I have talked to etrade and fidelity, etrade has said it is a lock, dtcc has said it is a lock, fidelity has said we have no problem buying or selling for you,,,my problem though is i have a 20 million cert that fidelity wont take, I sent an email to them and they responded but i forwarded that on to not only essman but to finra/sec. We will see, i still have millions in my account and expect to sell them at least in pennyland, 0003 will come pretty quick, I believe in the next month we might even see 0004. after volume comes in we go to pennyland, I dont believe anyone will have a problem selling because the nss people will be eating them up, get in the brokerages that allow trading and in the long run you will be fine, if wjbatt is selling at 0002 then someone is hungry for them, the short position is big i believe and when gene comes out with worthy news we will explode, i believe we are nss so no one can tell me different, patience to all longs
