More info on your Italian Article.In that news you posted was also information regarding its deriminalization,due to the overwhelming amount of people in jail which the gov can not support given the econimical issues facing italy(who would of guessed a crisis was good news).They are in the process of bringing their case into the light at proper meeting/debate and later with gov offials.In which they are saying the overwhelming amount of people in jail because of MJ use were not found guilty of any crime,besides lighting a joint in public..They raise a strong case about how that is constantly ruining familes and making people loose their jobs.and not too mention the paranoia that smoking brings.Not directly from MJ but from the side effect of it being illeagle and having to look around and over your shoulder every 5seconds.They would like to make it leagle for personal use(recreational)allowing people to posses only a certain amount of plants, which to me sounds like a bit of a long shot given the current goverment situation.(our gigalo prime minister Berlosoni,and his sum 60 found guilty of curruption in a court of law,parliment, who is still in PARLIMENT and has been for some time...if anything under their oppresive rule,we might see some gov run pharmacies....just my opinion(dual citizen,ita-us)As it NOW stands if your caught with ONE plant its 50,000 euro fine and manditory jailtime....so NO ONE grows,expect for a friend of mine who made an effort to smoke em as fast as possable given the helicopter fly overs...Praying for news to hit tommorow 1min after the bell!
