Howard has already spent 3 million dollars on this project. When I spoke with him I asked him when the would submit to the FDA and his responce was that they were not submitting anything until the product was in production b/c once approved that they wanted to hit stores right away. I asked when he felt that they would submit to the FHA and he said in about 90 days which led me to believe that alot of this work has already been done.
