All it means is we have to wait

Notification of late filing for annual report
anticipated filing date april 15,2011
this notification grants issuers 5 additional calander
days to post quarterly

Meaning the quarterly we want to see with the land deal is going to be delayed a few days may 5th or sooner

some will panic no doubt, we could have a great buying opportunity
i plan to take full advantage, at these low pps it,s all aboult share count not shaving hundreths of a cent. JMO hope this helps
