The problem here is that the belief that there is NSS destroying all these companies is what nobody is believing. Of all the years and other companies with these claims, why is it Spongetech will be the one to finally prove it when the company created the myth of the NSS themselves to hide their issuing of unregistered shares.

The SEC won't do the share audit as they already know there is no NSS and they definitely don't need to tell shareholders that there isn't since it's not their job to do so.

They even say that in their excerpt about the penny stock market.

In the long run when you look at all the other penny stocks out there claiming NSS, why is it only shareholders and the companies can see it but not the regulatory bodies? After many years, one would wonder why it is that the SEC has never found anything yet.....

I wish you all luck and was there with you at one point, but at some point shareholders have to realize that their money is gone and nothing is going to change that. It's the cold hard reality of the situation at hand
