I have filled reports on grbg-sspt and grbt with bunch of others..to what end they all hide behind THE SAFE HARBOR ACT..and RS. might not be right for the share holder... its not illegle... untill the SEC change there policies regarding pennies this will be the normal procedure for penny shells... sucks but thats the way it is..... stick a fork in this one its done.!!! IMO
