DtheDude.......The Penny Stocks draw in the Day Traders.....and if they are operating out of a Trading Group using 3rd party software, they are tasked to make a minimal profit daily. So, they prey on stocks like ONCO to achieve $25 here and $15 there. And thus we have the low pps syndrome. Can't see that changing until this stock begins to run up....and that will happen.
