I was told by an ex-insider as soon as this person became an EX-insider that they were REQUIRED to return something like 90% of profits to shareholders in the form of dividends. I don't know if it was in their charter or the REIT classification or what, but it came from a solid source and that's where the $2.00 has been coming from.

I guess that was really my question earlier. Is the dividend affected by the loss of the REIT?
