Shankman, you may be right. The company may not be selling, but I doubt that they are in a position to buy either. Initially, when I read the 11/12/10 pr, I overlooked the "lack of adequate capital" part and focused on the "intend to buy back up to 50M shares" part. This suggested to me that even if they don't buy 50M shares, they will buy some significant amount after the pr came out. However, with what money? Though it doesn't say this, it's been mentioned here that any buy back would be contigent on the right r/m candidate. To date, there's been no mention of and no LOI's with any serious r/m candidates. I still believe that they are still looking. IMO, putting out that buy back stuff in that pr was fluff. Hopefully I am wrong. Go NSFE.
