No, but when they use the words "intend to begin buying back" in the same breath as "a lack of adequate capital" with no mentioning of any r/m candidate, that sounds like fluff.

"Intend to begin buying back" suggests to me that this should be in progress if not over with some 5 months later. If this low float is holding strong and no one is selling at these rediculously low prices (around .0025) then all of this alleged buying should make these prices be a thing of the past.

If you have the TA's number, I will call them to get new numbers for the board to see if the company has done any buy back or more importantly, any selling over the last 4-5 months. Since the company has inadequate capital, I might expect the company to sell shares in order to attract a r/m candidate.
