Yes and no to that, A PR showing funds secured will be huge, and the pps will reflect it for sure imo. The manipulation will come again, just at a higher level, whether we are at 2cents, 20 cents, or 2 dollars. Thats why I'm not worried what the pps is today, like Gregg says, OTOW will take care of us in the long run and imo along the way too...
