Emotions are a powerful trading tool, trumps logic and common sense many times. Traders like that use emotions to move stocks especially these types and then profits from the swings.

If the trader can basically say truthful comments and then expand to trigger emotions (ie no PR and trending down, if something not done quickly the PPS is going to hit some investment line and then go lower). Doesn't say anything untruthful just plays on emotions to get people to sell or lower their buy in points and PPS drifts down they reload and then does the opposite spin.

Works for me, I got $500 bucks worth of .0004s so I'm happy.
