passing the criteria needed and extensive review process, Mind Technologies'
applications have been approved for sale on Emotiv's website. All three of Mind
Technologies thought controlled applications, Master Mind, Mind Mouse, and
Think-Tac-Toe were approved.

Emotiv is a brain computer interface company that has brought to market a
consumer EEG headset, which takes inputs directly from the brain and is used to
operate the software applications developed by Mind Technologies. This
