What can affect the price is news, not of contracts signed, but an article in a well read, well respected news outlet(e.g. Bloomberg Business Week, Wall Street Journal, New York Times) which takes note the process offered by ESPH will make a difference , hopefully a signifigant diffence, in the enviromental concerns of the fracking. ESPH's public relations unit should be aiming to this goal.
