Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) announced today that J. Edward Quinlan, Jr. has been appointed president of specialty products for Humana’s Southern California operations.

In this role, Quinlan will be responsible for overall management and strategic planning for Humana’s dental, vision, group term life, individual term life, disability income, accident, critical illness, cancer and stop-loss insurance products in Southern California. He will be based in Irvine.
