Well it looks...

like they have not increased the o/s for awhile but are now crunching in some of the restricted...

Keeping the A/S at 600 million..

I have said this before, they have been careful in their spending from dilution. Many companies in this timeframe would have multi billion a/s and o/s by now...

Seems they are trying to keep it down with the hopes of getting that shareprice higher with good developments taking place. If I were them and had restricted shares, I wouldn't want to sell until they get the shareprice higher....

We may be getting close to something actually happening here...
