I find the exhibit list interesting too, but I see a great deal of danger for CMKX in it.

Reg SB?? Hello?? CMKX never filed any SB-2s. As you may or may not know, SB-2s are a way to register large amounts of stock. BUT they have to be filed, obviously, and they're one of the few forms that must be approved by the SEC. So what's up with that? Are they gonna say they should have filed some SB-2s, but didn't?

The last is very interesting as well. Did CMKX issue any toxic paper? Maybe we'll find out at last.
