Japan Earthquake
We would like to extend our sincere sympathies to those who suffered damages from the recent earthquakes in Eastern Japan.
Chartis general insurance companies, AIU, American Home and Fuji Fire&Marine, which provide insurance to customers in the affected areas are running the call centers 24 hours a day including weekends in order to respond to notices on damages and inquiries on claims procedures.
