Re-audit by any other name as stated in the filings.

"re-did" or a "go over" etc, etc. Still takes more than a day. Multiple entities, multiple locations, different countries, different practices, different operating software, etc. No way the 10 will be out on time. Not with another new outside auditor.

Not at the time but Withum did go over all the books from the period for JBI DE and JBI Canada, including this transaction, they even looked at the books for JBI Canada back to 2006, things are all good. If you feel otherwise please state it in a detailed and direct way.

Can you explain how this is a negative. JBI did replace Gately. Are you saying that because JBI hired them in the first place JBI must have been doing something wrong as well. Hmmmmmm!!!! Certainly that was corrected with the hiring of Withum when they re-did the books, don't you agree?
