My BUY order was filled @ the BID.

I placed a limit order for .0235, which was well above the ASK. It eventually executed at the BID price of .0222. Explain how that could happen without manipulation. Somebody is determined to lower the PPS and trigger panic sells??

It saved me some $, but I question their motive. I did use eTrade... Hmmm...
