cf, I think the same way re Ping's report - the tone of her final statement was that she'd find it incredible to believe that she could have been hoodwinked; that the number of people outside of CCME was large enough to make that unlikely; and she noted she had all their details just in case. She believed in her work.

The fact that Jackie and Dorothy and DTT were around until so late in the audit; that CCME hired DTT in the first place, do not concur with major fraud... if you're a fraud, why hire a big 4?

I'm thinking it's the little things like the cash payments to employees... the loans against cash that maybe the real issues here... enough to warrant investigations and CEO caginess... coupled then with the MW accusations, DTT in a tough spot to sign off; and the disagreements with management on how to resolve in time for the 10K deadline sparked all the subsequent events.
We need the facts here... not a list of concerns that might have just been disagreements
