WRONG: read this and go back and do some homework and maybe start to think before you speak - they didn't approve the prepackaged plan. They put together an entirely new re-emergence plan that does no cancel the existing shares. You do know that was from 4 months ago right? And how, in your mind, do you reconcile what you see in that 8K with the new news today? Make some sense
