Not sure what time-line they have to report this is...is usually a bit after they buy...so they take a controlling interest for the voting power, then have their "network" load as many cheap shares as they possibly can, then they buy us out for who knows what...$7M cap at a penny doesn't sound unreasonable for all the future action of AGEL in the micro-lending world...just a thought, but who the heck knows...have seen crazier things happen and seems a darn good theory at the moment...
