That article is so not the case.

I can have Satellite service the next day. Solar Panels on the neighbors roof took about 6 hrs to install and he was hooked up that same day. Permits only took about a week. He was up and running when the installers left.

Now as far as bigger projects on commercial building roofs go, that might be a different situation. But of course would take longer based upon more hurdles. It takes much longer to design and build a 1 story commercial building than it does a 1 story house.

So do not believe what is being said in the article. Just not the case.
