He didn't, and has stated as much, but regardless it has nothing to do with what this court is dealing with. Similarly, the hearing has nothing to do with Joe/Dean/Josh's intentions as far as selling more shares etc. It will turn on who has legal control of QASP, it is clearly Jeff, and it will be a short hearing.

How he got the CEO job is clear and there is no dispute, it is even stipulated to in the original complaint. lol
