I don't think it will accelerate the delisting process. I think the Nasdaq has been pretty clear that they wanna see a compliance plan which they will agree on or not. I think only that will decide whether they can stay listed or not.

This all seem to point on potential restatements coming. How big is the question. If there was obvious illegal action on the companies side from the CEO would the Nasdaq still ask for a compliance plan? Probably not I guess. They would delist them immediately or what's your take on the whole story so far? Is Deloitte talking to Nasdaq in such cases or would they be quiet to the outside except their filings? I think it's safe to say that something is not right. Even the biggest optimist is seeing that. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see them having exaggerated their numbers by 30-40%.


Do you think that will accelerate the delisting process on CCME or have no effect?
