indeed. that is just ridiculous. there is no law stating that there are special times when people can buy during the trading day. absolute nonsense. very notorious for doom and gloom, just do a little research. if i want to buy $.99 worth of stock, thank god that is no different than $9999 worth. neither should be given priority in a fair market.
