if the float is indeed on the low side, I wonder if the real agenda is that the company is hush hush, technically setting up for a big push. If they start releasing some very good news piece that pertains to sales/deals/forecast I cant help but wonder if the R/S was done intentionally as go as low as you can then surprise the street so that the divergence will give you the momentum to the upside.
