imho I think the merger will be completed without a delay past April 5th, and you should be rewarded very soon.
Sass has been 100% honest with us shareholders from the start, even at the cost of presenting info that we did not want to hear. Remember before the original deadline of Feb 28th, he gave us numerous hints that it may be delayed for a few more weeks. Also he gave us the correct float number even though it was a little more than we thought.

Well today he hinted that everything is on schedule for the merger to be completed on time ("Yes, I realize that its nearly "christmas" and this magical line in the sand of our own creation is fast approaching. I see some people are coming back as the date nears, and that's great. I have no information to lead me to question that we'll do what we set out to.
