So what happened to the other shares? According to past PRs Bangkok Solar Power Co., Ltd. were to acquire acquire: 6,639,063 shares at a price of 7.73 euros or about $10 USD per share.

Add it up. 20,498,638 + 6,639,063 = 27,137,701

Pretty darn close to the approx 28 million Rudana had owned.

Now ask yourself this. If a fellow solar company is buying shares for over $10 to amount to over $66 million, where should the stock price be?

This seems like it may be the case IMO. The only thing is that I would have assumed shares would have been issued by the company, not sold by Rudana, and that the PR states shares will be sold in lots of $400k euro.
