How can you say:

Mark my words, if there is no PR by March 31rst, and especially April 1rst... the pps will absolutely tank.

when the 31st isn't here yet? As well, I'm still prepared to continue to buy even if the PPS does tank, find the bottom, and grab 'em even cheaper than current price...then wait for them to come out with a PR and reap the benefits for my patience.
