No one would be upset,, LOL! Actually you may find a lot of assistance in that endeavor as long as there was ZERO $$ going back. Most likely CA & NY would turn into a bigger drain,, like a 3rd world country. The lack of leadership, not just fiscal, is a standing joke. Even NY fares better in that area,, Now just removing all the military bases that sub those economys would put them nearly on par with Guatamaula,,
