Looks to be an IWOCS – who’s don’t know, not DPDW’s area of expertise. They could build, possibly even provide services, however not their segment of industry.

Drilling Permits – Although these are being doled out in red tape slow fashion, keep your eyes on the projects kicking off new production, this is the segment our DPDW group plays.

Installation of umbilicals, flying leads, buoyancy modules – equip. like this. Also Services such as hydraulic fluid pumping, pressure tests, and site (offshore) hydraulic fluid pump & test. If they have not priced themselves out of this market yet. Keep an eye on the large DP vessel contracts for installation, there is where the DPDW boys will play.
