Has Dean been process served yet for the lawsuit from Bogdan Renterea regarding Dean's false statements about the 510K status during late 2009 and up through the NSE rejection letter conference call on Nov. 1, 2010?

Last status I saw was that Dean did not acknowledge the suit and was waiting to be served. Legal manuevering for sure, but it is a troubling attitude displayed towards stockholders....errrr stuckholders.
