After listening to the podcast from December to discuss earnings they kept hinting on making themselves more attractive in whole or parts to getting offers from other companies.
They have really fought through some adversity, reducing their staff, reducing their debt and getting themselves back to good standing with the exchange.

Looking for a triple bagger here. imo
