I wanted to try it out first before reporting it to the gaming community. Since this application is now being sold on the Emotiv website, I decided to share my experiences here as well..
It is true what my collegues at the university have told me: using the headset my brain can now directly interact to a situation as other wise my brain needs to send impulses to the hand and finger muscles prior to react, which costs valuable time. THUS: The reaction time has decreased significantly and I must admit: I'm winning more online and I'm winning against people I've never beaten before.
I am a very happy customer of Emotiv and of the master mind application and I would hereby encourage everybody to buy it.

Both of you created your accounts within a few hours of each other, both within the last few days, and both seem to have the same ISP. Perhaps you can identify yourselves a little better and explain how you are both long-term users but only just created your accounts - where did you get your headsets? Let's just say I will be tempted to delete this thread if I still believe it is bogus within a day or two. If it turns out you are employees of Mind Technologies Inc promoting your product you will be blocked and we will consider our options. We have no problems providing genuine testimonials - it's up to you to convince me (private message or open response will do nicely). "

"Sorry Jonathan, I need to check these things. We don't support spam and fabricated marketing stories. I'm suspicious because we have no record of purchase of a headset in your name, and the account you are using has only existed for a few days. It doesn't help that Andrew Rosales Garcia joined literally hours later and also has no record of purchase in his own name, and shared the same ISP server ID (visible to me, but not to most users) as your initial post. Perhaps you can identify your original purchase order or send me some other comfirmation details via private message. I will be happy to endorse your comments if I can track your purchase!"
