I still wonder if ppl dont think this will go back down more so they are sitting on the sidelines still. I mean, for myself, if i look at the 3 mo chart, i see how low a stock was and I am hesitant to hop in at the higher pps...even with good DD. I know the prospects on OTOW are great and I got in low. Just my thoughts.
