New BYSD Filling Yesterday means news will drop any time now.

The Company's status has been changed to active and Robert Stephens and Louis Porter as well as the rest of the Porter Directors have been added to the Bayside....

On the Down Side Gordon Johnson is still listed as Director however that can change once the Merger is announced.
